We care about our listings and how the community views our company as well as your company.  The better that you as an asset company or you as a lender handle your assets within the local communities the better the public opinion will rise in this regard.

One of the biggest complaints we hear from neighbors in areas where there are foreclosed on homes is that these REO properties are bringing the rest of the values in the neighborhood down. They look like they are not taken care of and are easily vandalized and used as hangouts for kids and squatters.

We know that we as International Properties and Investments are a reflection of you, the asset manager. That is why we take care of your assets. We are on top of making sure your assets are not the eye sore of the community. Over time this will help to improve the outlook of foreclosed properties.

Most neighbors do not realize that it is the listing agent companies that are not turning on the utilities and not keeping the yard clean and the lawn mowed. They don’t really understand that this is the Brokers’ responsibility as a representative of the asset company.
